So in regards to indicators.. I don't get it.
Are corporate culture, benchmarking, changes in staff turnover, absenteeism, accidents, levels of disputation and worker satisfaction the indicators? And indicators of what?
OR are the indicators the things you use to measure these above ^ like... the indicator for accidents is Lost time injury frequency rates?

Also, this isn't related to indicators but.. do we need to know the steps involved in creating an effective job design?

They indicate whether or not the business's human resource management was good or bad. High absenteeism rate or turnover rate might indicate that more rewards are needed to retain and keep staff. Shit like that

You should just know some types of Job Design:
Job rotation
Job enrichment
Team based matrix

or w/e you textbook says, those are just out of mine
