To prepare for the actual HSC exam, would it be better to practice using HSC Past Papers OR Trial Past Papers from schools.

why do you think doing HSC papers are better?
omg idek how to answer this, it just feels better to do hsc papers because u get a feel of the hsc??? (omg i sound dumb)


like school trial papers are good but like idk (someone help me explain)

it doesnt matter coz the questions come from the syllabus

In addition to what @its_ace21 as written previously, a combination of both HSC past papers and Trial past papers will assist you in preparation for your exams. However, in your studies you may have noticed that trial exams present harder questions that HSC style papers and are at a higher standard than them as well. This means that you may be wasting time on harder applications that may not even pop up in the exams (although one can never be sure of this, hence the need to practise trial papers arises). All in all, lean more towards past HSC style papers to gauge the type, style and difficulty of the questions, then consolidate through trial papers to enhance your knowledge.

but ngl hard questions r good because u can fill in gaps in ur knowledge if u dont know them

HSC papers are generally the highest quality, personally I’m going to go through all the new syllabus hsc papers right before the HSC though because there simply aren’t enough to be all of your past papers, which is where past trials come in
