No like they send it via email right ? Would I be able to access my email or are there restrictions where you can't access it in certain countries?

Get them SMS'd to you, just turn on international roaming so you can receive your marks.

The restrictions are only if the country blocks the website. I don't think Africa would have blocked studentsonline but China may have.
