The forum code you use to make text bold etc in posts. It's almost the same as HTML, only using square brackets instead of pointy ones ([] instead pf <>). At the bottom of all pages is a little box with things like " vB code is ON" etc. Click on the links to get a fast tute on how to manipulate it.

I'd post the links myself, but State Library has for some reason disabled copy/paste...

How was it being abused?

Certain members, used JAVA in their signature... such that it repeated opened new BoS windows, until it crashed your system.
