Hi guys,

I went to the hairdresser today and got my newly brunette locks chopped off.

It is basically a forward graduated, choppy short bob, and I think it looks GOOD.

I got them to now blowdry it, but instead teach me how to style it naturally with product, and that was a good idea because now I can make it look good myself at home.

So yeah, a little bit of wisdom for you...

I think you guys should all join the short hair club, with me and skeeta and miss doherty and the like...LIBERATING.

I cut my hair short too last week! Well i get it this short twice a year anwyay lol It's just under my ears and my hair bounces when I move it from side to side coz I have curly hair. It's awesome! I love it

Considering I had the shortest haircut (ie right under my ears with bangs) from birth to about 10 I'm never cutting my hair short again.

I did it once when I was about 16 and yes my face shape + short hair = butch

OH yeah i had short hair for the hsc, bbut i recently got my hair cut.. its just layered, so i have no ore hair.. well like a LITTLE!!

I'd love to cut mine really short, but it's too thick to suit.
I'm thinking of going back and getting a blunt fringe cut soon, but I don't know if it'll make my face look too fat.

Anyway, short hair is so much smoother and fresher and the lines are clean and cute. Big fan right here...

I think short hair is going to be big this winter... at least if celebritys are anything to go by... Winona Ryder, Michelle Williams, Posh Spice just cut hers even shorter too.
I'm growing mine though because I'm getting married next year and want it all long and pretty.

I got mine cut yesterday too

It was terribly terrible and it just had to be done. I love having my hair short, but i like to have it a BIT longer in winter.. So i only got the ends snipped but I really think I'm gonna get the whole lot lopped off again soon.
