you have to have your L's for a year and have done 120 hours

1 year, 120 hours until you can try for P's.

It used to be 6 months before new laws moved in and bumped it up to 1 year.

Hold your learner licence at least 12 months and complete 120 hours of supervised driving practice including 20 hours of night driving (for drivers under the age of 25 only).

Please dont forge, I see enough retarded P platers as it is on my daily commute.

Yeah 1 year and 120 hours (I legitimately did them all).

Then wait another year and you can get your green P's as I have.

I don't understand why you didn't check the information pack they give you...

1 year, 120 hours, 20 night. I did like 180 hours driving before the 1 year period lol.

Pretty sure that the tripling of the hours with an instructor is only for 10 hours (so 30).
