I want one which costs around $200 or lower. It has to be prepaid, colour screen and camera. I don't know which mobile phones are good so can you guys please recommend me some good phones?

ah, yeah, why dont you like, go to websites they have fones, like lg, nokia, motorola etc.

sagem with vodafone are good deal, cause vodafone subsideies the cost. also its got camera and 65k colour screen no point getting colour if it has less than this.

also you 30$ of credit and 50$ of free junk. good fone a french company.

i got that phone the other day, it was awesome until i got smashed and scratched the screen. bluetooth, camera etc for 200 dollars you cant go wrong.

I'd second the T630. I've had mine for almost a year now and it's the bestest. (You can also buy a laser pointer and plug it in; oh how I've had fun )

depends on what you are looking for besides the look of it i guess.. how much it can hold, if it has a radio, the call rates etc.
i would recommend for your budget the 3200 for $199 (i was looking at the optus site but im sure that other networks sell it for the same price). i went with optus for my prepaid plan because most of my friends are on optus and i could call in freetime.. choose your prepaid plan according to what you would use most eg cheap text, cheap call rates, freetime etc

Yeah, like cro_angel said, get a budget nokia 3200, it's what I got after my other phone went swimming It's not that bad, and I imagine much better than the other cheap phones.

3200 is alright, screen is horrible though, and buttons can be a pain, even when you get used to them.
