I suck at maths worded questions (and comprehending them). Someone please help (1 Viewer)

Whenever I am given a worded maths question, I find it hard to comprehend and whenever I draw diagrams for the question, I always get it wrong. Could someone please give me tips and trick on what to do whenever I am given a worded maths question

1. identify what topic you're probably drawing variables from
2. identify key variables (for algebra, if for geometry identify key sides/angles and so on)
3. choose a formula/theorem
4. go
