I understand that at Ksp we have a saturated solution which is where you have the maximum amount of solute that can dissolve in a given solvent but multiple people are saying different things. Some people are saying there is no precipitate and some people are saying there is a precipitate. I am so confused !!!!

No precipitate would form because it means that the maximum theoretical amount of dissolved ions are present in the solution and hence any more would form a precipitate.

Q > KSP solution forms precipitate
Q ≤ KSP solution doesn't form precipitate
