Well I think that the reality of it is that thse ideals wyou have are outdated, if you think that you will find someone with the same views on no-sex before marriage. Which is not to say that there aren't others who share your views, because there are!

The real question is, would you devalue someone, or not chose them to be in a relationship with, or a marriage with, if they have had sex?

My current... boyfriend person... lol has a different opinion of me because I have had sex before and he hasn't.

Obviously I don't see it as an issue, but then I never saw virginity as a big issue. Oh well.

You know these religious types, always wanting to over analyse things.

I think that they interpret it as 'adultery' because it is not their 'spouse' they are having sex with if they are unmarried.

Personally I think it's BS.. and the commandment states adultery, which I would think more to be about ACTUAL ADULTERY... ie: having sexual relations with someone other than you're spouse, while you are married.

But then... that's why I'm not religious, because I think its BS

ok look, altho it doesnt <i>specifically</i> state in the commandments that youre not spose to have sex before marriage...it does tell us in the bible that we are to live 'purely'.. (which is why mary didnt get pregnant by havng sex with joseph)

and we also have to think that in the end its not what we think, or what others think of us, its what God thinks.. if u deserve to go UP or DOWn..
also!~ we are not here on earth just to fulfill our own needs and wants, its more like.. fulfilling Gods purpose and plan..

Oh and things happen for a reason- for Gods purpose.. we get hurt for a reason..we cry for a reason...were happy for a reason etc and God made that happen for his own reason- his plan......

Err yes I've tried it, so I will now knock it... I think that I can have an opinion on said religion because I have been brought up as said religion. And I disagree with it. I'm not being mean or anything, but just because I don't agree with it doesn't mean I haven't tried it. I have, and I still think it is BS.
