yea it is the person appealed 4 it cause they didnt sit the exam. wats the chances of it being accepted.

The BOS looks very critically at illness-misadventure appeals put in too late. But genuine cases still have good chance of success.

If they put it in when they supposed to, extremely good chance.

Also it depends on what the doctor's certificate says. If it says 'Justin did not attend the exam because he stubbed his toe' it's probably not going to fly. But if it's a genuine reason why you couldn't attend the exam. It should be fine. Btw I got illness last year, I had a certificate and was in hospital for one of the exam days.
