Theres no one completely perfect to be entitled Mr or Mrs Best, I think. When one is in relationship, certainly he/ she will see the other as best to her/ him despite the fact that that guy or girl is absolutely nobody to other people.

Besides, what makes a person qualified to be the best is various depending on what we individually want. Some may think a guy with loads of money regardless of his age, appearance, etc is best, whereas others think a guy who is stunningly handsome, faithful is best.
