What do you think of this site http://imaonline.com.au

It is the Independent Music Australia website.
It sells independent bands cds.

Just click on the genres of music and you can see what bands are up. Its only just new so its still a bit low on content.

its so hard to make it as an australia artist...seriously recording studios charge 25 bucks plus/hr to record a frigging demo tape to hand out in the hope of getting signed

than beats cost money...its all fucked

So? If it were easy then everybody would do it. As it is, bands are starting at a pretty damn high rate who will never, ever make it. If a band has talent and the will to get there, they will make it. Full stop.

I reckon indy labels and music will be the revolution as time goes on, its nice to buy an indy CD and know the band actually gets some of the money!
