Indictable crimes is one in which is serius enough to be brought befor a court, does this include appearing infront of a magistrate in the local court, or is this regarded as a summery offence???

Also wat is the difference between recklessness and negligence in legal terms??

Most, except for murder and treason which go straight to supreme, being in the local court where the judge decides if it needs to be passed on to a higher court

so don't all indictable cases begin at the local court for a committal hearing? or not...
