I am using 'Journey to the Interior' from the stimulus booklet for an essay- 'How do the texts that you have chosen explore the concept of the inner journey?'
I have many notes on what the poem is about, but am having trouble putting everything together into an essay. Any tips??

In english, when a question asks "How....?" you always need to write about the techniques, so just writing about what the poem is about is not enough.
You will need to identify the techniques and explain how they relate to the concept of the journey.

In the introduction, state what the underlying message in the text is, and support this by explaining the techniques in your paragraphs.
