nah mate, they can teach it whenever they want.. it think some of the selective schools/syd grammar teach it in year 11...

We did the straightforward integration, including simpsons rule, trapezoidal rule, exponential and trigonometric integration, so basically 3unit Integration, in yr.11. We didn't do any of the 4unit stuff (obviously) and we also didn't do inverse trig stuff.
We also did series in early yr11 which other people seem to do in year 12.

integration is one of those topics that when you walk into the exam, the examiners expect you to expect questions on it, whether it is a yr11 or a yr12 topic
