How intense will 5 hours of consecutive lectures and tutorials be?

not easy to manage at all. You should give yourself a break in between, otherwise you'll lose focus in some lectures and tutes.

5 hours....
it all depends on individuals, but i wonder who can
pay full attention for 5 hours.

In my first semester I had 7 and a half hours straight. It actually wasn't that bad, although I eventually stopped going to one of the lectures

not hard tbh. I can do 6 hours of lectures/tutorials in a row without dying inside. You should be fine imo

I've had 7 hour blocks and 6 hour blocks. Wasn't too bad, you learn to adapt to it pretty quickly.

There's a 10min break between every hour or two, and that's plenty of time to refresh your mind and/or get some snacks to eat. later on you might discover that one or two of those lectures are pretty useless and you can learn more efficiently on your own, so you don't go to them if you're tired.

I actually hate having lots of one hour breaks because there's not enough time to get much done and it's hard to schedule it so you have a few friends who also have breaks on that hour, so I normally try to schedule 2 - 3 hour breaks if in my schedule so I can get something to eat + catch up with a few friends.
