There's such a level of sophistication on the forum

Industrial relations policies will affect interest rates over the medium/long term.

lets not foregt that labour introduced enterprise bargaining. Then Howard added his changes to that. Changes to industrial realtions will only affect inflation if wages growth goes above the level of productivity. And the bill that the government wants to introduce about industrial realtions will give employers greater powers to dimiss workers unfairly. Is that what you see as approatiate industrial relations?

we can introduce an industrial relations policy for the good of the economy. But we still have to maintain rights for the individuals.

And have subsequently rejected 2nd and 3rd waves of reform.

 The RBA considers more than just inflation, inflation happens to be the PRIMARY concern.

I can't even be bothered responding to this stupid shit. You've obviously already made up your mind that the EVIL BOSSES are out to ENSLAVE their workers and UNFAIRLY FIRE everyone who doesn't agree.

Well if you are such an expert on industrial relations and the Coalition/Democrats policy is so bad, answer me this:

Why have real wages over the past 8.5 years risen by over 14% compared to 2% over 13 years of the ALP?
