internet explorer- error (1 Viewer)

hey, when i try to install internet explorer into my comp, i get the following error shown in the image:

i dowloaded from tucows and from the microsoft homepage, and yet i get the same error message for both!

Hey freaking_out, use Fortunecity's free webhosting to store pictures/files rather than Geocities because Geocites doesn't allow remote linking.
