Can anyone please explain to me how to add the album cover artwork that goes along with the album? I've looked through every tutorial or book and can't find an answer.

Hmmm in itunes theres a little box under the left handside menu thingy...i think that does it :S

In iTunes, Go to Edit > Show browser artwork.
Then select the songs that you want artworked in iTunes.
Go to the folder containing the image and drag it into the browser artwork box.
alternatively,
Right click on song(s) > Get Info > Right hand side 'Artwork' tab > add image file.
When the songs are loaded onto your iPod, the artwork will automatically be displayed.
