My grade went shat to say the least... I got 58/100 which was one of the top 10 ranks I think... And the average was a pathetic 54/100.

I need to study many many hours before I can expect to do well in the HSC

I actually got my test back today, I got 87.5% *which many go u 1-2 marks* which was 1/7. It was independant so I had to give it back
I got:
13/20 *man I suck a multiple choice*
38.5/40 - multimedia
36/40 - short answers/long answers on all topics

that was a modified independent

the real one has multimedia out of 20

and I bet the core topics answers were modified as well if u got 36/40

yep it had to be modified as we havent even started DSS so the other questions had to be drawn from other areas and extra stuff had to be put in the multimedia section

I hope it wasnt marked to easy bcoz I want some shock treatment

The question about drawing a network topology, was that in the independant or did my teacher add it? - the car yard one?

I found the question a bit confusing
I drew something weird, I think it was a combination of star and bus that way I could talk about ethernet for the next part. The printer is suposed to be connected to the bus but I cant draw it like that on here...

yep mine kinda looked like that accept it was really hard to draw it on here...it was weird though, I had that but the rest of the class had a ring...I am just a weirdo, guess I am not one to conform

yeh it would suppose to be based on a bus toplogy since ethernet was the f irst industry standard lan access method based on bus

but hey i put a star and still got full 2

yeh thats why I had bus...but I had the switch central, I thought ethernet - bus, I got 2 and so did the people who did star

i hated that ques where u had to construct a decision tree that took a good 15 min of the bl#$dy exam

i got 97%....got two multiple choice wrong + the q on dithering. didnt know outsourcing but teacher gave us marks cos its not in syllabus. next mark was 80 or so, theres only 4 ppl in my class but the average was 70% or something.

yes i know im a nerd....

omg nerd...but u don't do ur HSC till next year...so how did u do the trials???...i got 70% and i tnk that pretty gud considering i didnt study at all coz i had my english paper 2 on the exact same day
