sup guys so i have been doing some maff in the holz but the problem is i only do 2u and i have been using 3u books (coz i only have those). I don't know where the 2u section ends and 3u starts nor do i really know which exercise is for 2u or 3u only. Can any1 tell me if i do all the 3u exercises will it be helpful for 2u or will it be a waste of time?
