The course I wanted to get into (well one of them) needs an ATAR of 98.45-ish (flexible entrance needs me to get a Band 5 in Japanese & get at least a 92 ATAR). Is it possible for me to get the mark?

No. people in my year = 70

No. people in English Standard = 24
Rank: Maybe 10

No. people in Drama = 21
Rank: 20

No. in Art = 25
Rank = 20

No. Japanese = 72
Rank = 68

No. in SORII = 16
Rank = 15 (?)

The ranks apart from Japanese is a guesstamation, I think they are roughly accurate.
Also Japanese I do through Open High.

Possible. I wouldn't bet on it at all though. Personally, I don't think you can get over 90.

your probably are looking at an Atar around the 70s, mate, you should step up your game now before its too late, don't waste anytime as it goes quickly, or you will regret it!

Your ranks aren't very good, I'd daresay that you'd be looking at high 60s with those ranks.

At Hogwart's those ranks are good. You should get a 100 ATAR.

You have to pull a MASSIVE comeback for a even shot at a 90 but it is definitely possible if you can apply yourself, don't let others pull you down and it's still early days so anything is possible.

Depends on school rank, but if you go to an average ranked school, you would be lucky to even get an ATAR with those ranks. To get 90 with those ranks, you would need to be going to a school ranked in at least the top 15, even then its a stretch.
