you should've kept ext 2. You may not get an E4, but even a low E3 is way more valuable than a useless band 6 in two unit. Same workload as advanced for a band 6

we dont have a class for ext 2, and i dont think the time and effort invested in ext 1 is worth it at the end of the day, even tho ext 1 was my favourite subject and 3rd best performing

I think you should give PEAK a try if its not for you, you can leave as trial lesson is free but Sigma Science is so expensive and Zhangs is great but they aren't exactly miles above PEAK in terms of teaching

Ext 2 is a great subject to do if you have the passion and dedication, however to excel in physics due to HSC literally just not asking hard calculations you can spam theory and basically get a band 6. However, if you are interested check out MIT freecourseware and you can understand the mathematics behind things like circular motion.

I wish they did ask hard calculations, scaling would've been as good as maths extension 1, and I would have gotten a slightly higher scaled mark as a result

I agree but it would be unfair to standard maths students, and technically if you do not understand the theory behind the situations and why the mathematics apply, theory is the way to go

my old school offered agriculture, and we had chickens, ducks, sheep, greenhouse, huge ass chicken coop, all kinds of plants/vegetables/fruits, and the best part? one of the school labs opens directly to the 'farm' so we didnt even have to walk around half the school to get there

but we werent an agricultural school so we kinda had limited space yk
