Is PSY 122 good or bad? (1 Viewer)

I am thinking of doing it, but not certain. Has anyone done it?

if this is not a core unit .. u might better off to stay away from it. If u can do STAT170 instead.

I just done it cos it's a core unit for my ba-psych.. Trust me , this subejct is poorly organised with heaps of nasty 5% assignment ( require so many work that u can imagine). Moreover, since this is a new unit.. all the tutor seems like they dont know wt they r doing........

In terms of the diffculty of the maths, i've had a fd who's doing STAT170 showed my his work.. it seems like the maths in stat170 is slightly harder than PSY122 .. where psy122 is more focus on the psychlogical aspect of statistics.

It depends , if u would like to do some more pratcial stuff .. do stat170 . But if u maths is not that good do PSY122.. only if u can choose between stat170 or psy122.. :S

Great, sounds promising... Unfortunately it is a core unit. I can't avoid it. Is it really that bad?
