I assumed as much. ThankyouSuch a funny query.
I believe that it's not different at all. Fail is fail.
From this it seems like a fail and an epic fail would have the same effect on your gpa.mq said:Grade Point Average
The Grade Point Average (GPA) of a student is a calculation, which reflects the overall grades of a student. It is based on units completed at Macquarie University and does not take into account credit points granted for credit for previous studies.
The GPA is printed on all academic records. It is used in academic advising in the following areas: for unit prerequisites, for admission to Bachelor honours programs, for transfer from one degree program to another and for admission to restricted areas of study.
The grade point average (GPA) for grades obtained from 2001 is calculated as follows:
GPA = (4w + 3x + 2y + 1z + 0f) divided by e
w is the number of credit points gained at HD and D x is the number of credit points gained at Cr y is the number of credit points gained at P z is the number of credit points gained at PC e is the total number of credit points for which a student is effectively enrolled (excluding units with W or S) f is the number of credit points gained with an F grade
'cos it was hard...Your marks do appear on your transcript. Good luck explaining to employers why you got 3 in a unit.
Wow that really shows a potential employer that you have the sense of character that pushes you to do well/strive to achieve good results...'cos it was hard...
That's incorrect dude. Let me clarify.Your marks do appear on your transcript. Good luck explaining to employers why you got 3 in a unit.
Everyone else is incorrect. If you get say 38%, your transcript will state 'Fail'; however, if you get a mark like 3%, it will most certainly state 'EPIC FAIL'.For example, what is the diffeence between getting 3% for the course, and getting 38%? Random numbers.
