No, it's not called QTAC.Rench, OP is how the rank students that sit the QTAC (I thinik), it's the Queensland version of the HSC so to speak.
QTAC is the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre, and it is not an exam.
It has to do with getting into universities.
The exam you're thinking of is the Queensland Core Skills Test (QCS).
It's essentially an IQ test.
OP eligible students are ranked in their subjects, and then depending on the QCS average of the students (A, B, C, etc) who do their subjects, their subject is weighted and their OP is affected accordingly.
To get a good OP (the lower the better, obviously), you need to be on high marks and doing subjects with other people who are smart with QCS.
