I think there's a 10% leeway, not too sure, but if all four are in the same format it should be fine. Good luck.

Normally it's 10% either way. To be safe though I would aim for 5% under or closer.

I'm not sure what you mean by different newspaper format. However, I assume you would be fine to have them the same.
