What's the point in complaining? Not like it'll increase the marks, might decrease them if you piss the guy off tho lol
I'd only start complaining if it looked like we weren't going to get the assessment back before final exams. I think its important to be able to get advice on improvement etc for exams and most lecturers intend for that to be the case anyway. So as long as i get them back before exams, i don't mind if they took 6 weeks to mark them. With 350 people in a course, it can take ages...

Same, no such policy at my school.
Takes as long as the teachers see fit, sadly that can be a very long time.
