Of late it is as though some of you are only interested in pointless tit for tat exchanges and as a result the debate has suffered greatly. Thread closed. If you'd like to discuss the closure, please send a PM.
I am not opposed to the creation of a new thread in order to discuss the conflict, but I would prefer it if anyone wishing to create such a thread could wait a day or so (at the very least) before relaunching the debate.
