Isys227 2010 (1 Viewer)

I see this this unit has been discontinued in 2010, however I am still doing the previous version of the eBusiness Management degree which requires me to do complete ISYS227.

Does anyone know what what subject I should enrol in this year instead of ISYS227? I think it may be isys254 but I am unsure. Also, when enrolling in a subject in place of ISYS227, will the subject automatically count for credit in place of ISYS227 or do I need to do anything to ensure I have credit for ISYS227?

I looked at that, but it's not 2nd Sem 2009 anymore. Also I thought BIS stood for "B Information Systems" and therefore the last point doesnt really apply to me either. So was wondering if anyone else knew anything else, more specific to the degree that i'm doing.

Fair enough. I'd advise contacting a COMP Academic advisor though, they would know best.

Well, I got a reply from the academic advisor in charge of my degree regarding this unit.
He says - "Yes, you should do ISYS254. Don't worry this will be automatically count towards ISYS227."

However, going into eStudent to enrol in units doesn't give me the option to enrol in ISYS254. Instead it appears to suggest I enrol in COMP255 - which seems to have the exact same unit description as the now discontinued ISYS227.

I am now very confused as to what I should be doing..

Contact academic advisor again if you're still unsure as to which unit to do.

But if the problem is that you want to do ISYS254 but eStudent will only let you do COMP255, then probably contacting the eStduent support via the online form, informing them of this so they can allow you to enrol in ISYS254, is best.
