IVe got a ripper

An employee who is inexperienced with an application package written specifically for
your company approaches you for help to learn to use the package.
As a member of the IT support staff, what is the most effective advice you could give?
(A) Use the online help facility in the package.
(B) Read the technical manual supplied with the package.
(C) Complete the online tutorial provided with the package.
(D) Ring the help desk of the company that wrote the package.

WTF - it could be any of these (although c seems to be the right choice)

To allow for all candidates of a job or workers to have equal rights such as if a person of aboriginal descent were to apply for a ob with more credentials than a white person and they (white guy) were t get the job - it would be a breach of EEO

EEO = Equal Employment Opportunity

has been establish so that everyone has equal right to gain a position in a workplace which is supposes to eliminate the fact that if a person is younger then you or is a different race or even a preferred gender ,the EEO is made to stop the fact that race, gender(sex),race(racial/cultural) has anything to do with getting a job
EEO also applies in competitive merit selection and that programs can be put in place to assist members
of EEO groups to overcome past or present disadvantages/discrimination.

look at question 18 of the HSC past paper 2002

we dont know yet aye? Last year it was 4000 odd soo...anyways another question...

"Outline the purpose of EEO"

We never learnt this in class (not that we ever learnt anything :()
EEO is all about giving jobs to people who have good things going for them, for the position, even tho they may be of a particular group that may be discriminated against. (Competitive merit selection). Employee selection based on on their merits not other things.
