OK. According to the law, yes, she did contravene the law. However, I think you (and legislators) owe us an explanation as to why, when a person reaches a certain age, he suddenly becomes able to give consent. (An age which varies from jurisdication to jurisdiction; so it is apparently possible to suddenly lose that knowledge . )

Too true, Phanatical. However, it is not clear that the age of the consent is 15/16/17/18/19/20 or whether there is a universal age of consent at all.
