Hmm I thought that wasnt in syllabus.. ok well its like this:
a) Flux = BA [A : Area, B: Magnetic Field Strength]
Therefore change in flux would be Calculated as follows:
Change in Flux = Fluxbefore - Fluxafter
=0.065 * 0.3 - {{0.065 * (0.72) / (4 pi) }} [Area of circle]

= Approx 1.697 x 10-2 (To 4 Sig Fig)

And im not quite sure about parts b) and c) - Sorry little distracted [sitting here answering questions while playin GTA:San Andreas].. Lemme think... umm...
Part B)ahh yes, emf = Change in Flux / Change in Time..
Therefore Average emf = 1.697 x 10-12 / 1.1
= 1.542 x 10-2

Part C) It will be anti clockwise, just trying to figure out ammount,....

omg you got GTA already? on PS2? .... and you didn't answer my first question!

Thanks man.. except i got clockwise for C.

and er A) wouldn't it be -> B x area of circle - B x area of rectangle
= 0.065 ( pi x 0.35^2 - 0.5 x 0.6)
= 5.5 x 10^-3 Wb.m^-2

Yes your totally right,
No i dont have boost in my home

i fliiped them around because its actually going to be ABSOLUTE VALUE of everything but i couldnt be bothered and if you did it that way without the absolute value then you would get a negative answer so i flipped it round..

good pick up

Yeah i got GTA on PS2,, its mad,, you can ride bikes its sooo ghetto!!
