Right, so I have feet that cramp if I stand up all day, which is a real pain in the ass because it means I can't work somewhere that requires a lot of standing. All the alternatives I can think of is receptionist or office work, which is hard to get into with no experience. Any suggestions?

Why not try to figure out why your feet cramp instead and treat that?

you'd only be 18 tops so you'd be able to go for office junior positions without experience as long as you can write a decent resume and demonstrate relative proficiency with ms office etc

shes right, perhaps you need orthotics etc

Also if you are currently working, ask your employer to provide a rubber mat in front of the POS. We have one along the whole length of the counter, its great.
