Guys have a look at this job advertisment http://www.careers.macquarie.com/jo...and=1&lSkillTypeID=3&stp=WEBSITE&sLanguage=en

specifically

To be considered, you will:

ideally, although not essential, have completed a term of employment, or an internship, in a professional organisation which may include the property/real estate, financial services consulting or accounting fields
be strongly interested in building a career in real estate
think commercially, be business-savvy and market aware
demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communications skills
enjoy interacting as a team member and building relationships with colleagues and peers
participate in a broad range of work aspects
hold high PC literacy skills with a strong capability in Excel
presently be enrolled at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, India.
AND also look at this bit...they seem serious
If your application is successful, we will:

assist in arranging your visa
organise and pay for your airfares only to Australia
reward you with a level of remuneration driven by the Australian market
ensure you receive on-the-job guidance and training.
Now thats a scary thought that we are basically being out manovered by overseas students. Or am I just over reacting?? Looks like to me that the job market is getting tougher

I wouldn't worry about it. Recruiters usually, if not almost always, hire AUS permanent residents as opposed to overseas students. If they do hire them, they will pay them shit wages and get them to do menial jobs. Although it is a bit worrying when its Macq bank doing it...
