Just a question on christianity (1 Viewer)

Hi!

So for my assignment it asks for an "overview of the religious tradition"
I chose Christianity
It's a speech and we're restricted to 10minutes
Do you think i should include a brief story of Jesus and what he did? Or would a sentence or two suffice?
what do they mean by overview??
the marketing criteria isn't helpful either

an overview is a general review or summary of a subject.
i think you should include something on jesus and what he did , what you include is totally up to you just remember if you only have 10 minutes you dont want to include a whole lot and not be able to cover it all

oh, and we have to cover other things
like a significant person and ritual...

so far i defined it, brief summary of Jesus' life, the historical events of christianity, sacred texts, historical divisions, practices and rituals and core beliefs... on 887 words.. oh dear

I wouldn't include much about Jesus' life as it seems somewhat irrelevant to your assessment. Focus on the specified areas of your assessment-ritual, significant person and ethics (I'm assuming)- and add in any other information if you have extra time and have completely covered what you need to for those areas
