Kidney dissection! GAH! (1 Viewer)

Okkay So i have done my whole report and a bit of discussion bit. BUT my teacher wants me to put 'function/structure' of the kidney IN the discussion as well as accuracy/reliability/validity!
And its a dissection...What could u possibly talk about in the discussion? :O

You would label each part of the dissected kidney such as the cortex, medulla and pelvis and write down what they're responsible for. Include what parts of the nephron are within each of the 3 sections and what they're responsible for.

Yes, you should have been able to see the medulla, cortex and pelvis. Perhaps even the renal vein or that. If you wanted to, you could do the general diagram, but an enlarged specific diagram of a nephron, and relate what part of the nephrons are in these three sections.
