Hey, ive been wondering how much would it take to replace a laptop fan? Mine is always on and is making loud noises despite having opening it up removing dust etc. Im pretty sure I dont have any viruses which could take up my processors as i've scanned it. Does anyone have any solutions to this?

how old is the laptop?
try installing Core Temp (google it) and see what temperature your cpu is at when idle (when nothing is running) and what temperature the cpu is at when you're using your laptop as you normally would (eg you might have a few tabs of internet open, a folder open, itunes on, and a word doc open).
because this sounds like an overheating issue.
