Well I didn't think I would even crack 90 for my UAI so I didn't bother to apply for scholarships...turns out I got 95.15...are there any other methods of scholarships at this point in time?

I don't think 95 is good enough for a faculty specific scholarship [even the once off small payment] ...

I dunno about other scholarships not based on UAI & HSC performance though...

Well there is a scholarship in the Bus. and Eco. faculty that requires a min uai of 95 and there are 30 spots *sigh*

I got rejected for a first round scholarship offer with both Engineering & Science faculties.

When I applied in 2003 (for 1st yr in 2004), I received an offer for Business. Btw, USyd has a hell of a lot more scholarships than UNSW so you shouldn't complain.

Doesn't seem that way. UNSW was eager to give me a scholarship to go there while USyd didn't even care.

No, UNSW offered me a scholarship back in 2004 to go there, while USyd didn't even care to contact me.

Although I am transfering for next year, it's an internal transfer to drop the combined degree, so I'm still at USyd.

I got an offer from UNSW as well from their science faculty.

I tend to think USyd's scholarship priorites lie in the wrong place.
They didn't like:
My HSC results
My UAI
My photo
My community service [Not just a little, there's quite a lot]
