Negotiation is very interesting....:uhhuh:
I've seen it been done.
Quite tactical indeed.
If you're OK at negotiation, you really stand out from the crowd.
The rest suck.

I'd like to moot all hot girls please.

And it is???
Two teams, each of two solicitors, meet to discuss a dispute between their clients. Each team is provided with a description of the fact scenario. Some facts are known to both teams, but each team has some secrets too. Each team is also armed with instructions from their client detailing exactly what outcome they should seek – and what should be avoided at all costs.

The negotiation itself can last for up to an hour, after which each team is given a chance to review their own performance before a winner is picked. The winner is not necessarily the team which walks away with the better deal, but the one which gets closest to their client’s wishes.

awwww thanks :)

Sounds kinda like this other law soc comp I did in year 10, only it was conflict resolution, but you had to end up with an agreement at the end... hee hee hee my skool was tops first time we ever did it and we got to state semis.
Mooting seems a little bit more fun though

ohhhh i would respectfully disagree. i would say that mooting requires a strong battle of the minds, viz. judge vs competitor, for the probing questions test your quickness of feet.
