Follow your interests, law is a long and tedious course and you won't get through it if you are doing it for wow reasons etc

Yes I do want to do law, if I do it at UWS together with Commerce will I be able to transfer to a different university?

Yes, go have a look at the other forums, there are heaps of threads on how to do it etc. Ultimately doing what will get you the best marks is what you need for a transfer, that said...doing law at uws means that even if you dont get to the marks to transfer you will still be in a law degree as opposed to if you just do a single and try and transfer
