lectures/tutes? do tutes lag a week behind? (1 Viewer)

hey ,
just wondering since first week is all lectures. does that mean the tutes lag a week behind? like the tutes corresponding to those lectures in 1st week happen the week after?
OR is it just that the 1st week lectures are introductory type ones? so u still schedule lectures first and then tutes?

Not really. From what I hear first week lectures are mostly administrative and introductory in purpose anyway.

In some hectic courses, lectures start teaching stuff in the first lecture. So be prepared.
Usually in tutorials, the materials discussed follow after the lectures.
