Can anyone help, im so stuck...

Im confused as to whether or not the sample should be admissible as evidence

so far ive used the parol evidence rule, and the exception to it, that evidence is admissible to show it was partly written

are we supposed to make any reference to TPA or Sale of Goods Act, or collateral contract?

do you think that there was any ambiguity in the term 'matchless 2475', im thinking of taking up this argument, however, im not sure if its completely wrong
