No actually most people in lebanon arent catholic, most catholics left lebanon.

Honestly i dont really think it matters what we call God, it wont change anything, all people need to do is have a good relationship with him, so it doesnt matter what we call him. Also by calling him allah, it wont change who he is, or anything so it doesnt matter what you call him; whether its God, Allah, Father etc.
