I think SAM's desperately trying to organise some bands (otherwise they would have been announced already). Thus far Cog and supports and The Suitable Few. Expect a couple others...maybe The Bird - they seem to love playing at MQ.

boooooo. Butterfingers are original, i guess you don't like quality aussie hip hop then? Its commercial, unoriginal, copycat 'artists' that are a crime against sound.

I dont like hip hop too much mate, but butterfingers hurt my ears when i saw them support Machine Gun Fellatio :(

Such a sloppy performance, wasn't really something i expected from an MGF support, so i've had a pretty bad experience of them since then. Probably better, but i haven't given them the chance :)

I used to hate hip-hop as well...then I heard Hilltop Hoods, Bliss 'n' Esso, Urthboy, Gym Class Heroes and MC Lars. I prefer rappers that aren't overly egotistical...but I don't mind Kanye who's all class.

Production-wise, I love most of the stuff done by the Neptunes, and NERD is quite good. And TZU are also quite good, havent heard much of the rest though :) (probably listened to them through JJJ but havent really remembered)

Haha. Well it'd be the right uni for it, with all those "hills" people.

Paul Greene and Jeff Lang played at Conception day, didn't they? The names sound familar but the memory's a bit hazy. I kinda recall dancing in the rain to a lot of acoustic guitar with my friends...
