Integration between x=4 and x=2 of 2x^3-x^2+5x+3/ x

$\int_{2}^{4}\ (\ 2x^{3}\ -\ x^{2}\ +5x\ +\ \frac{3}{x}\ )\ dx\\ \\ =\ \ \left [\frac{2}{4}x^{4}\ -\ \frac{1}{3}x^{3}\ +\ \frac{5}{2}x^{2}\ +\ 3\ ln\ \left |x \right | \right ]^{4}_{2}\\ \\ =(\frac{1}{2}\times 4^{4}\ -\ \frac{1}{3}\times 4^{3}\ +\ \frac{5}{2} \times 4^2 \ +\ 3\ ln\ 4\ )\ -\ (\frac{1}{2}\times 2^{4}-\frac{1}{3}\times 2^{3} +\ \frac{5}{2}\times 2^2 \ + 3\ln\ 2\ )\\ \\ =\ \ \ 150\ -\ \frac{56}{3}\ +\ ln\ 8\\ \\ \\$

Wonder if this is right.

edit: Just made some correction; hopefully didn't introduce new errors

do you mean ALL over x or just the 3 over x

cos it changes it dramatically

if its ALL over x then u just split it up into its constituents and simplify =]]
