Yeah I'm the same, trying to overdo it while uni is off to compensate for the amount I'll lose while uni is on.


Routine is Ripptoes starting strength

Monday
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press / Press (Alternating)
Chin-ups: 3 sets to failure or add weight if completing more than 15 reps

Wednesday
3x5 Squat
3x5 Press / Bench Press (Alternating)
1x5 Deadlift

Friday
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press / Press (Alternating)
Pull-ups: 3 sets to failure or add weight if completing more than 15 reps

13kg in 7 weeks, that's a lot man, nice. Though considering your reps per set,I doubt a lot of it was muscle...but that's one hell of a start
