Hey ppl, do you know any good beautician(s) who's('re) inexpensive and will get rid of blackheads? Scrubs etc don't work much anymore cos they've been on my nose for 8 years!!! I just haven't had time etc to care much abt how I look until now...Thanks a bunch!

They use those in dermatologists. It's a lot easier/less painful after you've taken a hot shower... your skin is softer and your pores have expanded.

I used to have massive pimples and blackheads that freaked me out when i looked myself in the mirror. I had so many blackheads that i had to see a specialist who used the tool, as posted by tempco, and undergoed treatment for at least 4 hours every sunday. It was extremely painful.

i use some facial cream and when i leave it on for 20min and wash my face, the next day the blackheads peal out, half my nose is already done after a week

where do you live? my facial cost $40 and are really good for clearing out any blackheads and pimples. its lotus spa in the bondi junction westfield mall.

there are beauticians everywhere though, and the treatments arent all that much.

not all the time does it like peel off but if it doesnt, some black haeds litrelly fall out next day

no, hardly at all, because they steam your skin first to open up the pores.
a few days afterwards you might still have a little tenderness, but itll go away quite quickly.

invest in a good quality cleanser and mud mask to prevent further "infestation"...

Neutrogena Blackhead Cleanser and then use a pore refining toner to shrink the pores.

Hmmm...i tried using Neutrogena blackhead cleanser just by itself...didn't work...trust them to make you have to use another product

I find that I don't generally get blackheads per se, but the pores on my nose do tend to clog up with crap. Like, I squeeze them, and a pus-like substance comes out, but they're neither pimples nor blackheads. But, mud masks seem to [temporarily] fix it. Really must do one before uni restarts.

I have blackheads and even worse milia its like white heads lumps all around my chin and under my mouth they are very gross and hurt if u sqeeze them they can form into pimples too I have had them for around 3 years. I was wondering if anyone knows what gets rid of bad white heads apparently they are hormonal
