and i don't think alan rickman/emma thompson's love story was resolved? *shrug*
Did it ever resolve at all? There was no conclusion for it.

The porn was unnececary, it wasn't essential to the plotline, and I'm pretty sure it was just a tool to get males watching.

On a side note, I hate to ruin the ending to such a good thread. That little dialogue worked out so well...

I loved the bit when Liam Neeson's character was talking with his son and he says "I think we need Kate and Leo" and the flying scene from 'Titanic' comes on! :D

I enjoyed watching Love Actually, although I am not a big fan of Romatic Comedy's. The whole audience was in hysterics when Hugh Grant did his lovely dance number.

The only time I had seen Colin Firth was in BJD, at a friends party. He had that 'look' which made all my friends go 'awwwwww he is so gorgeous'. I couldn't stop giggling, they were acting like 13 year olds! (We were all actually 17). ah memories :p

he was miscast. he was meant to be 11 (in real life he is 13) but he looked about 8 which is a stupid age to be falling in love!

The first time i saw it, I agree that the porn was unecessary. But in a way it was a necessary plot in showing that tha act of sex doesn't equate to love.

AHAHHAH i watched four weddings the other day... i've never seen the entire movie before, and it was pretty good, considering it was his first film :D (his hair and glasses cracked me up though)
